Great Riches -- part 4

Today we will conclude our exploration of this topic of Great Riches. I pray that as we have considered various aspects of the great riches of God, each of us has been enriched and encouraged. Have your eyes been opened at all to the vastness of God’s blessing and provision for His children? I know mine have!

RICHES IN HIS CALLING

I believe that as we live out the hope of His calling in our lives, this is when we discover God’s true riches. True riches come in discovering who we are in Christ and what we are created and called to do.

Mothers of Nations, all that we need is found in our relationship with the Lord to fulfill our callings and ministry desires. We are reminded of this truth in 2 Corinthians 3: 5 (NKJV) –  ^“Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God.”

Let’s look at a few familiar Bible characters and note the circumstances of their discovery of calling and purpose in life.

• Samuel: as a boy, in his sleep
• Esther: at a time of crisis, from orphan to queen
• Jonah: when he didn’t want it but couldn’t run from it
• Mary: as a teenager, given a seed and a dream
• Peter: as a betrayer, coward, liar – given a Church to build
• Paul: as a murderer, persecutor, zealot -- given revelation for the world
• Sarah: as an old woman, given a legacy through her husband and child

Mothers of Nations, we are both called and chosen!

I love this verse from John 15: 16 (NKJV). ^“You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.”

Because of the riches of His calling:

• We know His power.
• We know Who He is. (revelation of salvation)
• We love Jesus.
• We desire to bless Him and serve Him.
• We are His Mother of Nations!

RICHES TO BECOME CHAMPIONS IN GOD’S KINGDOM

Do you see yourself as a champion? Mothers of Nations, we can remain confined to our earthly mindset or we can develop a heavenly mindset. A heavenly mindset is the mindset of a champion!

How many times have we heard it preached that we are called for such a time as this. Yes, this is true. We have been born at this specific time in history because in God’s infinite wisdom He knows that at this time we can most effectively impact our “worlds” for His glory and honor.

Because we are champions of the most high God, we don’t have to worry about our age, our looks, or our bank account. God is our banker, our beautician, our fitness instructor, and our healer. Our life is in His hands!

Let us never forget that He has come to bless us and to give us courage to go after our goals, not fearing failure. He has given us ALL we need through His GREAT RICHES to be compassionate risk takers for the sake of the Gospel.

Mothers of Nations, we are blessed beyond measure with the Great Riches of our God. Let’s get out into the harvest fields and share these great riches with others!

I will bless your coming in and your going out.

I will bless your hands and the fruit of your labor.

I will bless your time and your seasons.

I will bless your voice and your eyes to see.

I will bless you with wisdom and understanding.

I will bless you beyond your dreams.

I will bless you with love and grace.

I will bless you with My presence and My glory.

I will bless you with a wonderful, godly story.
